The company was established in the UK in 1999 and over the last 12 years we have carried out a wide range of projects in the UK and the rest of Europe, the USA and the Middle East. Our clients include large non-governmental organisations, multi-national companies, charities, universities and government agencies
Our work
We develop intranet strategies, benchmark intranets against current good practice, advise on information architecture design, and develop roadmaps for intranet enhancement. We support the selection of content management, document management and search software on a vendor-independent basis.

A global capability
To meet the needs of clients with global intranets global network of consultants we can bring together consultants with an appropriate blend of local knowledge, technical expertise and organisational sector experience. As an example for a major pharmaceutical company we conducted senior-level interviews in seven languages in 17 countries, including Chinese. The experience of the consultants in our network means that whatever problems you are trying to resolve we will probably already have some solutions to offer you.
We publish a Code of Practice for our consulting work and over the last few years have developed a successful five-phase approach for major projects.
